Base 3 (also known as the Traffic Control and Communication Center).	This is manned 24/7 and is the primary emergency and general traffic base.

Transport/Traffic:	These are used by the TSS(Transport Safety Services ie:The cars with the purple lights on them also known as scalies) and the Victorian Taxi & Tow Truck Directorates.
